      Have been calling nonstop, texting day and night, have woken up my children have called during all of the following: naptime, lunchtime, after bedtime, while in the car, my kids know who they are and why my phone is ringing thats how often they call. They address me by a name thats not mine for an inquiry I did not submit. Its been such a nuisance that my family is now educated on SCAMS, TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND PREDATORY SALES TACTICS. And my kids are ALL UNDER THREE. Truly is disgusting and gives me such disappointment in the world. Photos are only a small snippet of actual contact or attempted contact. I have told the representatives to stop calling, take me off the call list, said I didnt need their services and now that I have reported to BBB.

      They have called me for over 10 times for the last couple of days. I work and they do not care about anything but to make sure they get the customer at all cost. So after my work which is today i finally had a day off thought I could sleep in but no they decided to wake me up at 8 while I clearly made the appointment at 5:30 in the afternoon as I am new to the health insurance I have to consult with my husband about it. And despite the appointment they called me numerous time. There were 3 guys that talked to me in one phone call and the first two guys were nice at first until I said i might go with a different offer because it is way cheaper than what they offered. Im barely 21 and I can barely afford to have my pay cover auto insurance car loan college and my rent. They were rude and they straight up said to my face that what my husbands company is providing us doesnt make sense because of the price and i am lying and who are they to tell me that when I clearly can and will go with that offer. This is a scam no matter how long they state theve been working for all they care about is the commission. Please dont choose this company for getting your insurance as i stated they only care for commission and think you have your whole life free nothing to do but to talk to them and get insurance from them.

      This company has been calling me nonstop for months now even on the weekends. *** answered their calls and asked them to stop calling me. Its so bad that I have to put my phone on airplane mode when I go out to a dr **** or to dinner etc. they tell me theyre from the National Enrollment Center. Their phone numbers come up as *********** **** but they say theyre in *******. The two numbers I have kept track of are ************ or ************. I actually went to ******* and changed my phone number which Ive had since 2008. Theyve been calling my new number all week. Today it started at 8:00 am and 4 minutes later from the second number. They have been calling me every ***** minutes all morning. They never leave a voicemail. *** answered their calls and asked them not to call me anymore. Ive let it ring. *** picked up the line and dont say anything. They just wont stop. I know these callers are just doing their jobs but they must know I would never buy anything from them. I consider this harassment. I dont know if its illegal to do this but it should be. I dont want anything from this company. I just want the calls to stop.

      I was looking for a healthcare plan (in New York, although I have an **** cellphone number.) I filled out a form online on December 14, stating interest. A representative called me offering a PPO healthcare plan that could be used anywhere in the country. I asked the representative to send me the written details of the plan, so I could look over it. The representative responded that they could not send over the details of the plan for a few days, but that I had to sign up prior to midnight. I responded that I was an attorney, this sounded extremely sketchy, and I wasn't going to sign up for a plan without having an opportunity to read it. I then continued to get calls about every half hour from different (presumably fake) numbers from **** (where my cellphone number is from) requesting that I sign up for this same plan. I have repeatedly asked to be removed and never contacted again, to which they say yes, then continue contacting me. When I have stated that this is harassment and asked to speak with a manager, they hang up the phone. I have not lived in **** for years and every single number in the pictures that appears to be coming from **** seems to be from this company.

      This company has called me over 15 times, just today. Ive phone calls from so many different numbers from someone claiming to work for this company

      This company sold me health insurance that doesnt cover any of my needs. I was told that I could go to emergency room and it would be covered, any Dr. ** my choice Would be covered as the plan is a PPO, and womens well checks were covered but now nothing is getting covered and my bills are all being returned as not covered by insurance. I Pay over $1000 per month and I basically have no coverage. When I contacted the company they said they were sorry and they asked if I wanted to switch insurance and that they would have a meeting about my situation but now they wont call me back and when I call ** told the person who sold me that insurance is on another call but she never calls me back.

Unfortunately, the email that the BBB had on file for our company was an incorrect one and thus I am now seeing this complaint for the first time. If the situation with your insurance hasn't been rectified by now I would very much like to help you. It is extremely important for us to help our customers to the best of our abilities navigate their insurance issues. Having said that, the ever policy we sell is communicated clearly, and every client we have is given a complete benefit guide that clearly states what benefits they have purchased. Our representatives literally cannot sell insurance without our customer's signing a document that says they have been given and understand the information of their policies.
