Recently discount lots made change to start charging to make payment with cards. I was told to make a payment with my PayPal I sent the money to the address given but my account has not been updated to reflect a creadit of ******....very worried on the last months activity where there is no consistency in the information received or even agents as acct managers anymore. Very hard to reach anyone. Afraid my money has been taken.Business response

I previously had a great experience purchasing land through this company and had no problems, the last portfolio manager answered all my questions, things went smoothly and I completed all my payments and received the land. So I decided to purchase another parcel of land through them using the same email. As soon as I purchased the land to begin my payments I received an email a week later from my new portfolio manager who sent me a link to the wrong land, it was not the land I had purchased and I let him know and asked if he could please send me the correct link, he never did this and then proceeded to ignore the rest of my countless emails asking for help because not only did he send me the wrong link and then never send me the correct one, the new parcel of land does not even show up on my account when I login at all. I am not able to make extra payments on it because it looks as though it does not even exist on this account even though I have used the same email the whole time. This has been going on since MAY , my portfolio manager ************************* has not gotten back to me nor has the person through chat support by the name of *******. ******* said I could be assigned a new portfolio manager the next business day , but he never reached back out to me after that day and he has ignored the rest of my messages since. This has been such a headache and I am so disappointed because I previously had such a great experience with this company. All this time I have still been making payments since they come out automatically but no one will help me with my account issues or assign me a new portfolio manager that will actually help me. Please someone actually help me to get this resolved instead of saying someone will contact me tomorrow that never does or flat out ignoring me, thank you.Business response
