48 month plan was $500 and then after 5 months it changed to $521. I do Not feel that is fair, because i made one late payment so i feel they are being discriminating against me just because i made a late payment they waived which was really there fault because their website was down. and my original profile manager they said they quit , exact words they told me. This contract has been a nightmare. I was recently almost scammed from someone claiming to be discount lots representative , asking me to Zelle , Apple Pay or cash app them a payment for my taxes on property that made my monthly property payments increase to $520 a Month. I have pictures of everything literally proving my payments for 48 months is supposed to be $500 for the whole entire term. Something strange is going on in this company. I tried working out an agreement and they threatened to take my property after Ive invested so much time and material. Ill be writing more if this issue is not resolved.

They breached a contract by selling a property that we couldnt access, was placed by a tow truck driver into a trespassing property and our lives was put in danger to a property surrounded by Chinese growers that they stalked us every night and day and winded up losing our motor home and they didnt want to refund us our deposit after we told them how horrible the property was and it s location was at the dried up river buttom and yet they wanted us to look into another property since they didnt investigate themselves the land that they where selling and now they wanted us to pay our monthly fees. How about you b pay the tow the rv and the three days and night we stayed there loosing sleep in fear for our lives. Just to finally find a tow truck driver to have the courage only because he used to bring water to the growers where they sold us the property. Oh to add more insult to that injury nearby the property we found a man-made illegal shooting range with shotgun bullets in casings all over the place yeah thanks a lot. Got lots. Try that.
