I contacted Rosin Eyecare Northbrook with my right eye being pretty red and uncomfortable.My first visit occurred on Aug14 2023. Ive been given a prescription in the form of eye drops. I inquired about the potential diagnosis, but was given a vague answer.Shortly after starting this, I realized that my eye-sight changed to the worse, and became really blurry. I came in for the second visit on Aug16 2023, during which my diagnosis was not provided, and the same prescription was confirmed.As my vision was getting worse, I came in for the third visit on Aug23 2023. During this visit, my prescription was changed to a new eye drops and a gel. I was advised to schedule another visit.During my fourth visit on Aug28 ***************************************************************** my eyes, resulting from these medications. I was advised to stop applying last set of eye drops, and switch to a new prescription, to reduce eye pressure, and to start taking anti-viral pills.On the second day of taking these pills, I became really sick with stomach pain and diarrhea. So, I only continued to apply last set of eye drops, to bring eye pressure back to normal.Finally, on my fifth visit on Sep15 2023, doctor confirmed that my eye pressure is normal. There was still not concrete diagnosis of the original issue, whether it was viral or bacterial.I believe that this course of action couldve been shortened to two visits instead of five, for which I am being billed at this moment.Initial Complaint

*** called seven times this week and two times the previous week to make an appointment. No one replies and no one calls back. Sad Ive been a patient for over five years and theyve lost me for good. This is me at the office after driving 10miles one way to go in person to ask why its taken so many voicemails and not received a response back.
