On 11/17/2022 I placed 4 individual Tastes of Chicago food orders, based on the direction of the customer serice agent that was assisting me. This was to ensure that the bonus offer would apply to each order. The offer was to recieve a $25 dollar coupon per each order over $125 to be applied to future orders from this vendor before 1/31/23. My first order was for $201.23 including tax .I then ordered 3 more separate items 2 of which were $133.64 each and one that was $131.99. I did recieved one $25 coupon for the order totaling $201.23 soon after the order was placed via email. I was told that I should expect 3 additional $25 coupons totaling $75 as well. As I had not recieved the additional 3 $25 coupons I called the next day and I was told to "just be patient".Upon that advice I waited until 12/28/22 and called customer service and spoke to ***. *** took the information and gave the problem to ************************* to review. **** sent me an email stating that she called me ( I never recieved a call) and that she reviewed my account and saw that I was issued the $20 coupon (it was actually $25). She said the $25 coupon code was not put in by the customer service rep at the time of my order and that she corrected my 3 orders and applied the code to the outstanding 3 $25 coupons. I called again today and was told to contact **** again who obviously did not follow thru as she said she did. As I now only have 21 days to use the 3 coupons I woud like to 1) receive them along with a replacement for the one I recieved, 2) have them all have an extended expiration date of March 31, 2023 . The other option would be to recieve a $100 check for the 4 $25 coupons. I will gladly destroy the 1 $25 coupon in my possession. My confirmation numbers are: ******, ******, ****** and ******. I can provide documentation if needed.

I ordered online from Lou Malnati's *************, ** location for delivery to ************, **; my 7th order.I had built up my points from orders (196) and wanted free order of bruscheta (150 points.)Upon checkout, and with my debit card already charged for a $32 xl pizza, there was no free bruscheta.I called Buff Gr store and got connected to an absolutely spaced-out, drunk or high girl. She proceded 3 times to refer to me as "*****", not *****. She also proceded to keep saying, "I am ordering your "tiramasu", not bruscheta. I don't believe they sound alike, and my annunciation is just fine.I cancelled order, demanded full refund back to my card and an email to confirm cancelled order..nothing.HELP.

I received as a gift from a friend two pizzas and a cookie. This order was over $80 paid by my friend. I do not want to get her involved so I have tried on numerous occasions by phone and email. I have called 8 times. Been on hold at times for 45 minutes. Left my number for a call back 3-4 times. No return call. Emailed with no reply. I just want my friends credit card to be reimbursed as the pizzas arrived wet and room temperature and the cookie crushed as well as the pizzas. Apparently I live too far away for these to arrive in safe condition. I threw them out as they had meat on them and I dare not eat them. I do have pictures of the box, pizzas and cookie. I called once I received the box with absolutely no reply. My last email I told them I would contact BBB if I did not hear from them by this am. So here I am. Sadly FYI There was no gift card from my friend so I happened to be talking to her and asked if I had received the pizzas ???????
