      I placed an order with you June 1st.I called your shop to get information about my order June 11. Your voicemail said texting was an option. I then texted on June 11.After several days on June 15 I responded to the conformation email in hopes to hear from someone and that email has not been responded to.June 18 I called your number from a different number than is on my account and no answer. Moments later I received a text from your number asking me to call back. I called back to be rudely told by the man that answered the phone that he didnt have time to answer my question and to text the number. When I asked how long a reply might take the man got more rude and said maybe a half hour. This was almost 2 hours ago and I have still not heard back.Ultimately your rudeness and lack of communication lost you a potential repeat customer.

      OMG, where do I start? I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this company truly deserves one. I read online that it's a family-owned business; perhaps that's why I experienced exceptional customer service. Despite being located far from me in **********, I found exactly what I needed for my new salon at an unbeatable price. Initially hesitant to place an order, the outstanding service convinced me otherwise. I'm eagerly anticipating the delivery of my purchase and will update once It arrives.

      I ordered a salon chair through the website. At checkout, there was no additional charge listed for shipping. So, I assumed what was listed at the time of hitting the place order button was what the final amount would be. For the next two days, an unknown number flagged as potential spam by my cell phone company blew up my phone. I finally answer the number to a man from this company stating he needs to tell me the shipping cost. $120!!! I said that it was entirely too much and I would need to cancel the order. He said, Wait wait. What if I can offer you half off? I thought, What is this? A flea market? I said that he could just go ahead and cancel the order because it all felt very sketchy to me. He quickened his voice and said (before I could even say anything else), Fine. Fine. Ill give you free shipping. Whatever. I just wont eat. Thanks a lot for supporting our small business (all in quick, heavy sarcasm) before just hanging up the phone. What a terrible way to treat customers. I have not been given a shipping time frame, tracking, or any further expectations. He did charge my credit card. Well see if it even shows up.

      We purchased five ** **** Shampoo Chairs for our college Cosmetology Salon, based on the good price and the website-promoted "5-year warranty." One of the chairs had a product failure with the shampoo bowl within one year of purchase. I reached out to this vendor by phone and was told to email a description of the problem with attached video or photos. I emailed this information the same day of the vendor phone conversation. After a few weeks with no response, I contacted the vendor again by phone asking for status of my request to resolve our chair problem (replace the failed part or the entire chair). The vendor told me to resend the information with photos, which I did that same day. Again, after a few weeks of no response, I called the vendor. He searched through his emails and found my emails (giving me the impression that he had not looked at them before). He then said that the product failure looked to be either from normal "wear and tear" or from some damage that we had caused, and either way, our warranty claim would be denied. I refuted that claim, and stated the product failure from normal "wear and tear" usage within the warranty period should be honored. He said that he would contact the manufacturer about his issue but was sure they would deny the claim. I received an email from the vendor later that day saying that our claim was denied. Also, even though this vendor's current website still lists this product with a 5-year warranty, the vendor representative told me this was old information and the 5-year warranty was not being honored. So, we have one failed chair and four additional chairs (purchased because of a promoted 5-years warranty) which now have no warranty coverage. The **rating for this vendor with the Better Business Bureau is well deserved. Based on my experience, they should be dropped to an F-rating.

      My hat goes out to this great company! They were able to offer me a great Financing option to build my dream salon with my wife.Their financing offers 0$ interest for 5 months and pretty low interest compared to the other banks we tried. The process was super easy and fast, five star plus service.

      BEST customer service!! I am opening a new ********************** and Im so glad I found this company! I received my ****************** Shampoo Chair yesterday and OMG Im in love! After putting them together I found my ************* relaxing in them! Unfortunately I realized I was missing the ************ was already after hours. I texted the number and right away I received a phone call apologizing and made sure to let me know they would be sent right away! I would 100% recommend this company to everyone!!!

      Neverrrrrr order from here, they sent me a damaged massage chair and the air didnt work. The worse part is its not the chair I ordered, they sent a way cheaper version that cost $650 at major retailers like ******* and Amazon as of 8/11. The chair I paid for was $2482 and was supposed to be a Shiatsu Massage chair. It gets even better, I contacted them and asked for a invoice and things started to get even more sketchy. It took over a week to get a fake invoice that doesnt match up with the item I received or in the contract. Excuses came up everyday like the servers went out for days at a time and then they want me to repair a chair that I didnt order. There trying to talk me out of returning it like can we give you a discount or its going to be around $5-600 for shipping to return it. Im furious and very ***** so right after I finish this review Im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Rep. I wonder how many other people received a swapped damaged item and were charged over *********** value, then were bullied and ignored into trying to keep this ****.Ill update this review weekly and if you have experienced wrongful business practices please write a detailed review.
