I was turned over to a collection agency despite the fact that I have my canceled checks as proof of payment; and of payment on time!! I got through to Corum billing once and ****** told me the mistake is because of a new billing system called "Epic". I am still dealing with the collection agency. It is impossible to get through to Corum billing!!! Exasperating. I plan to discuss with the doctor if it is possible to change infusion companies mid way through treatment. I will never use Corum CVS/Specialty Infusion Services again.

Horrible After getting a reminder to refill my meds on a Monday, I called back and it took TWO days to finally get through to a person. I was disconnected 4 times and when speaking to the supervisor *******, she said its impossible to wait that long and the phone lines don't allow it. Did I mention that was a supervisor? I have the proof on my phone. ***** is the worst. She called me for the reminder and I spent two days trying to get through. It was so aggravating. Finally someone answered and she called me back after my threat. I called the supervisor after and all she did was defend her awful employees. ******* needs retraining and needs a supervisor herself. She should not be in any patient care job. She would work better with small animals

Horrible company. Multiple medication errors (will be filing official complaints with the state and attorney generals office). Drops you as a patient and doesnt help you find alternative care and actually roadblocks the process leaving you vulnerable to hospitalizations.

Terrible customer service and dysfunctional organization. I talked to them for a week and they kept saying that they would send me my supplies I needed for a life-threatening condition, breast cancer. They never sent me what I needed and now Im in an emergency situation.

As a dietitian working in DC I can whole heartedly say that I would never recommend using this company for your loved ones tube feeding supplies. In early June 2022 their company made some big changes and laid off a large volume of employees. Ever since this change took place on 6/30/22 the company has taken a turn for the worse. I am now working to transition all my patients to other companies such as MedPlus or Lincare because Coram simply cannot treat their patients the way they promise to. The lack of support they provide is completely horrible. As a healthcare worker I am rarely able to connect with the correct staff. You will get transferred 3-4 times before actually being connected to the correct person. I asked to speak with a supervisor about some concerns related to a specific patient and she hung up on me. I cannot imagine the frustration this causes for patients and their family's. A company that should exemplify empathy but all they show is their greed. This company is not what it used to be. Again I am a dietitian and would NEVER recommend using them unless your insurance requires it. If so, request documentation of every call you've made. They deserve 0 stars....

I became involved with Coram CVS as a medical advocate for a senior relative and Coram patient, age 80, and her spouse, the 85 year old insured subscriber. Coram CVS is an in-network, participating provider with the spouses ********** Blue Shield plan that the patient is covered under. The maximum that the patient can be charged by an in-network provider under this plan is her $300 annual deductible and up to a total of $1,000 in co-insurance for all in-network providers combined. The reason for me stepping in on their behalf was due to the stress from Coram pressuring them to go on a monthly payment plan, for which they have paid a total of $871.63 and Coram continuing to **** them the balance of $5,014.94 that they do not owe. The patient and her spouse made calls to Coram in an effort to straighten out this balance billing with no success. Most of the $5,014.94 balance being billed to the patient is for duplicate infusion submissions to BCBS with the same procedure codes for the same dates that were rejected. Coram billed for 2 sets of infusion supplies for 2 different antibiotics delivered in one box to the patients home on the same dates. The duplicate weekly charges were from the last week of Dec. 2021 through mid Feb. 2022. Furthermore, there was an additional weekly infusion supply box received by the patient from mid Feb. 2022 through the first week of Mar. 2022 but never billed by Coram to BCBS, instead billed only to the patient. The patient and her spouse had reported this to Coram and BCBS.I have now worked with a total of three Coram employees in customer service over a three and a half week period. The first employee stopped their payment plan in July and the second employee continued to place the account on hold so that they would not be incorrectly turned into collections. The second employee also escalated the account at my request last week and I was turned over to a third employee on Monday, August 22, 2021.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE AN AMERGENCY. In my case, I was told my copayment will be 50 dollars daily and when i received the **** it was 3 times over.Tried to dispute with with them and the service rep just hung up the phone because she did not want to listen to my complaint. TERRIBLE!!!!!NO RAITING!!! -0-

Pathetic. They pile on stress to an already stressful situation. I have attempted 3 times to reorder supplies, a total of over 1 hour on hold on the phone. Promises made, not kept. I still don't have a 30 day supply of nutrition drinks for my husband's G-Tube. They sent an initial 10 day supply, but did not follow up with the 30 day supply as promised. They did, however, **** my insurance company for the 30 day supply. FRAUD. I have been using ONE Gravity feed bag for almost 2 weeks, as they won't send any, as promised. Now I have had to go and purchase all of this on Amazon for well over $500 since I can't trust them to actually do what they are supposed to do.
