Friday July 28,2023 $12,750.00 2006 ****** Frontier in good condition Seller was aware that I questioned the Car Fax report that the vehicle had been towed twice right before they aquired it and he assurred me that it was minor problems.The dealer rep assured both *** and ***** that there was a 15 day warranty. The Representative knew we flew in from ****** to ******************** that morning and that we had a ***************************** ******. We drove 9 hours to *********** ** and spent the night..Saturday morning we left for home and about 15 minutes after we started home the Service Engine light started flashing. It went on and off several times. When it went to a continuous solid light we were on the Toll road and the first exit was at Lawrece, KS (at that point we had driven 586 miles) where we got off of and pulled over immediately. We had the truck towed to *********************** in ******** and they have been diagnosing the problem since then. Attached is the estimate for the repair which we sent to **************** (2 hours ago) and they refused to pay any part of it. The business has not tried to resolve the problem and had made it clear they will not contribute anything.Initial Complaint

I was at Chicago Car Loft on ******************************************************************* on Saturday, March 25th 2023 to get a vehicle. I decided to get 2015 ****** Highlander and gave a deposit payment of $3,500 (Three thousand five hundred dollars) and left the vehicle at their premises. I later got a better deal with lower a y interest from ****** and I explained to them if they can negotiate a better deal but they said No. ****** offer ****% interest while Chicago Car Loft offer *****% interest, in addition, they told me the car has wiring problem and that it will be fixed. So I went back to collect my deposit since they were not ready to give me a better competitive market deal, so I asked for my deposit refund since I did not drive the vehicle from their facility. But they refused to give me the deposit. I did not take the vehicle or receive any key from Chicago Car Loft, neither did I text drive the vehicle. I will appreciate if you can look into my concern and assist in resolving the issue so they can refund my deposit Regards *****************************Initial Complaint

Car Dealer, Chicago Car Loft, sold me an unsafe car. This car had 2 bald tires on the front even though the car was unsafe to drive. They refuse to put 2 ************ on the vehicle. I find it is against federal law to sell an unsafe car in the US. When I told the dealer this they still refuse to put on better tires. These tires are unsafe and illegal to drive on ******** public roads. Please see pic. I feel they took advantage of me as I am not originally from this country.Initial Complaint

I just recently bought a car from this dealer which was on July 19, 2022. I gave them a $5,000 down payment and that was that. Not even a day after or even a week, the car is already not drivable and has 3 problems. I tried getting help and even tried requesting to speak with the boss but they never cared to contact me back. They state that their main priority is customer service but they dont even care about their own customers. At this point I just want my money back so I can return their car to them. I dont want to be paying off a car to a dealer that doesnt care nor gives a **** about their customers. They sold me a broken car and thats just unfair in so many ways. Its only been a week and I cant even explain the amount of stress this has created for me. Me being 19, wanting to finally pay off a car for the first time and this is the experience that I get. Just sad to see that people really are like this and dont care. I just want to end all of this and Im asking for help. Please.
