      Medline SUCKS! Ive tried to get a Medline Empower Rollator (******), Im an amputee and is trying to learn to walk with my Prosthetic leg. Nobody anywhere is willing to help me, they want to give me a Drive ******. Ive gone through five wheelchairs and guess who theyre made by drive Ive gone through five of them for out of my own pocket because of the guidelines I can only have a wheelchair once every five years which is ******** because drive makes the cheapest s*** in the world excuse my language I am sorry I apologize for that but this is ridiculous. I cant even get a **** wheelchair one thats gonna last me, frustrated with this whole s*** with Medline Maybe somebody needs to be looking at their books and try and go over some of their employees their employees having attitude that really *****

      Worthless provider via insurance plans as merchandise offered shrinks over time and is no longer offered from original catalog.

      I am disappointed in this company; my son purchased a wheelchair for her father last month as he had major surgery and needed something right away to get around. Within a few weeks one of the legs was stuck up in the elevated position along with a piece that fell off that caused the defect in the product. My son reached out to Medline and told Medline to communicate with myself since i was the owner of the wheelchair with how they were going to fix it. I filled out the form provided, sent photos of the defective part and explained to them we cannot use that leg of the wheelchair at all for elevating which was needed for my husband. I reached out to the company last week via email asking about an update and was told they never received anything from me even though I have replies from the company stating everything was updated when I sent over all the required paperwork and photos. Medline stated last week they were closing the complaint. Once again, I forwarded over all the communication from the beginning of July and still have not gotten a response. Meanwhile the wheelchair cannot be used properly for my husband who still needs to get back and forth to dialysis 3 times a week in the chair and doctors appts. Now I should ask for a whole new wheelchair at this point, I only was requesting the defective pieces and my son, and I were going to put the pieces back together.

      Tues in June 15% off I had called for a quote on a **** expensive rollator from *********** On store on phone, $923 net So on Tue I find it marked up to $976 NET Cover bag also up $30 but old price on bag, but I did get that credit. Looking for credit of $53 on **** rollator **** soon speak if no response from *** It appears they mark up before sales *************

      Really horrible customer service. I get supplies every month for 6 years and the last 12 months have been nothing but a hassle. I had a bad expierance today with customer service so I asked for a supervisor ...who was worse. I called corporate to file a complaint and they transfered me back to this same Supervisor ***...are you kidding me? I have enough medical issues going on and I don't need to be talked to with such disrespect...a little kindness goes a long way...it's only medical supplies it shouldn't turn into all this drama. Hey Medline what happened to decent customer service? You allow your employees to be so disrespectful to consumers? I'm not dealing with this nonsense I'll be finding a new supplier

      I ordered syringes from them 3 months in a row, all were the wrong type and no returns. Also ordered a feeding tube that was never delivered and of course they claimed it was delivered enclosed in one of the boxes of the wrong syringes. And then they billed ******** and insurance for all of the junk, extremely low quality syringes. Which happened to be their house brand. Absolutely the worst medical supply company.

      I purchased a ****** from medline.Rated at 350 pounds. 200 pound man sat on it and he went crashing to the floor.They said the were going to refund to 70 Dollar cost and I never heard from Medline again. Beware, junk and they don't stand by there word.I found a new and better company.

      My friend applied with Medline about two weeks ago and they called him in for an interview and a road test. He passed so they sent him to a town about three hours away to spend the night and to go to their doctor the next day for a drug test and DOT physical. That went fine and he came home later that day. They called him to come in and do his orientation paperwork after that. At this point, he is thinking that everything is fine. He went to complete his paperwork and virtual training and they told him they would call him the next day to set up the training schedule. The next day he gets an email from their third-party background stating that it is a Pre-Adverse Action under review because had a misdemeanor charge from fifteen yrs. ago that could be a disqualification. He's never had an issue with this with other trucking companies before, so he was confused. They stated that he had five days to provide more details on the situation. He emails the recruiter, and they respond back stating that he did not disclose the information on his application. Now, he saved the application and sent a screen shot back to them stating that there is not an option to explain. On the application, it says "We here at Medline do extensive background checks and would you like to proceed and go to the next step. Of course, he said yes, but there was nothing else on the application about that. They're basically saying in a sense that he hid something from them even though there was no option on the application to explain. He reached back out to them, and they told him that he needed to contact the background company (********). ******** said they only pull backgrounds and they do not have anything to do with the application. This is so weird to me, and we do not appreciate it. Please change your application and if you are not going to hire someone, then just say that and not play with people's lives.

      Medline is extremely unreliable and blames their failure to provide supplies on the drs. They tell me over and over that drs dont fill out the paperwork . That leaves me in the middle without colostomy ******* . They seem to forget there real people trying to take care of a physical problem that is hard enough without having supplies withheld ! I am beyond frustrated with the lack of help we get from Medline . I just talked to ***** and got the same runaround . I have called Medline 5 times since Feb 5, when supplies should have been shipped . I am calling the ******** Secretary of ************ to see if they can direct me to actual help .************************* ************ ************** **************, ** *****

      I was considering making a purchase through my ****** Permanente Senior Advantage account for a ********************** Knee Support, item **** in the catalog. In the catalog, using my OTC benefit, the price is $48.00. If I purchase direct from Medline, the price $19.50. Of course, I will not be paying anything because the dollars are covered by my ******** benefits. But, why is there a 2-1/2 times markup?
