I purchased product from their Wickedgood.com site. The products received where hand written on and low quality. One of the products was an oil, not a perfume spray (what I ordered) so I contacted CS to return. CS told me they would allow me to return for credit only but then refused my requests on how to do it. I have been emailing them for months trying to resolve that and I originally set up a subscription service but I disliked all the products so I immediately emailed CS to cancel subscription service. I told her I was having trouble login and was unable to cancel the service on my own. Later I received notice that my credit card had been charged $33 for the subscription service, I immediately emailed CS again saying it was an error and to stop shipment and refund. NO answer. Then I get a shipment notification, I email CS again, this time she emails me a link to cancel which I do, I again ask for a refund and tell her not to ship. NO answer. When the shipment arrives I refuse to accept it and have it returned to sender. I then send many emails over the course of the month asking for a refund. Again, NO answer however they did put me on some kind of a mailing list, after I complained? Everything that CS has done has been harassing and spiteful. I think its just one person handmaking copies of licensed perfumes. All the emails are from *****. I have been emailing for over 3 months trying to get a resolution but she refuses to work out a solution. I spent close to $100 for product quality that I could have gotten on **** for $4. I ordered an item online. There were pictures to advertize the item (eyeshadow). I bought it becasue of the example of the picture. The item I received was nothing like the picture. The color of the eyeshadow was completely different from the eyeshadow in the picture. I paid to return the product and received an email saying saying that the eyeshadow was made to order and that I would not be refunded. I looked at their policy on their brand new website and it says: REFUND POLICY 100% Happiness Guarantee We guarantee you will love Orglamix, or your money back. We want you to absolutely ? your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order --for whatever reason-- simply return it within 90 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange.Returns + Exchanges: http://www.orglamix.com/pages/returns-exchanges I have the tracking information for the package I sent back, saying it was delivered to them. I would like a full refund for the product and a refund for the return postage, ($28.12), given it was comepletely false advertising.
