June/July 2023 I paid $641 to this dentist not the guy a new lady took over this business *************. Business is now called Smiles of *********. After paying this amount my insurance paid their part of about $1100 and informed me I was only supposed to pay $161. I informed the dentist of being overcharged $480 but they did not refund my money. I spoke to *** on several occasions and she did not help me. All she said is that they did not send out bills during the time of the transition of dentists. However my account did not show a balance nor credit every time I went in between the time of that work to now. I want my refund of $480 back. Also my son went last year as well to get his wisdom tooth removed. This dentist *************** doesnt know how to remove teeth. She put a lot of anesthetic and continued to put it for 2 hours and keep trying to pull the tooth unsuccessfully. She also put stitches in his mouth causing him a lot of pain unable to eat without pain for a long time. She does not know what she is doing and is overcharging customers and refuses to refund the money.
