We called Northlake Dental Clinic, P.C. for service and appointment, ****** advise on first time client service with consulting with ************* that New Client will required Dental Exam, Full **Rays and Cleaning for $120 per person if you don't have insurance. My Wife and I schedule appointment for Feb 23, 2023 at 3PM and waited for 2 hours for the ************** and at 5pm we were both same time with one Dentist who already behind on all his schedules were setup in rooms with broken equipment that did not work.Was not give a EXAM, did not take full teeth **Rays and ONLY clean few teeth upon asking why ? ************** told us not needed just come back in three months again for full service.This is a scam in our opinion and we are asking for our money back.Please feel free to contact us anytime for more details or questions.Thank you in advanced for your help with this matter.Initial Complaint

I paid for dentures 5/31,($1,400) got them on 6/30.They hurt when I put them in, he said "you'll get used to it." My mouth is now torn apart, a blister and bulging on the left side, my gums detached behind my right front tooth. The dentures are also crooked, and the teeth in them totaling 3, are the size of infants teeth. I got ripped off in every way, going to another dentist 7/7/22 to see if I need surgery for the damage to my gums from wearing these 4 days.He claimed "you can eat with these, & no one will see them." Never SHOWED ME IN OFFICE THOUGH!! Said I was his last appointment and he had to leave.I tried eating they popped up opposite side I chewed on, and he said I didnt need fixadent to have them stick, even with it they still wont stay put. After one day I noticed the damage being done to my mouth so I have not worn them sense other than to go to work, hoping no one notices given something is there besides my gums.Also I get now why I got no receipt, I paid much of it with a c-card thankfully!Initial Complaint

Me and my husband went into the office for a deep teeth cleaning and the doctor refused us services stating we smelled like weed. We dont smoke nor was around smoke. The doctor lied and seriously offended us. The office was empty and it was the end of the day. We left with no services and the doctor never stopped in at all. We only saw the front desk person. We have state insurance and our first visit there was an undertone of the office not wanting to serve us due to our color and insurance, and like we were being rushed. People should not be lied on and refused services just because the doctor is lazy and doesn't want to do his job.
