Used the shipping company ******************** of ******* ************************************************************************** Phone: ************ Fax: ************ ********************************** Delivered two gelato freezers from ******** to **********. The freezer arrived damaged, broken glass door. I just wanted to get reimbursed for the replacement glass. They have no means to process a claim and they do not insure any of their deliveries which I did not know up front. Also, they outsourced the delivery to this shipping company "The Custom Companies, Inc." - CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS *********************************** *********, ** ***** Local Phone: ************ Fax: ************. They will not process a claim because I did not work directly with me and only will deal with Craters and Freighters. Either company does not want to work together to resolve my issue. I would like to get some compensations for the damages from the delivery.Initial Complaint

Custom companies has had our freight since 12/22/21. We have repeatedly asked them to deliver it and they continually say they will, but never do. I have had continued correspondence with them getting nowhere. The merchandise they have of ours is valued at $1,400.
