      We contacted M & M fence to repair our broken gate March 2021 to our vinyl fence, 14 months later we are still waiting on repair. We have contacted them in total over 10 times between text, phone (no answer) and FB, with no resolution in sight. We have been getting the run around and thrown lots of excuses. We were told the company that they are trying to contact has not been responsive to their request for materials and that is why they no longer use the company. We do not care if the material is the same as we currently have just want a working fence as this is the only entrance and exit to our backyard. We understand that the fence parts are under warranty and we may have to pay the cost of labor. At this point we have an inoperable fence that my husband has tried to make work to at least have access to our backyard. I just want it fixed!

      We contacted M&M Fence to install a privacy fence along the back of our yard. On June 16th **** came to our home, did an estimate, showed us what materials he used, and we chose what we wanted. He told us he needed 1/2 the payment in order for him to order the materials and it be here by the second week of October. He was a no show. My husband *** called an left a message on his phone. Around a week later he returned the call and said he would be here by November 8th for install the fence. November 8th came and again, he was a no show. We made several calls but his message machine was full. Eventually my husband got through and left another message requesting a refund. Again, he has not called us back. I called M&M Fence today, and left a message on Billy's (a partner) phone, as that was the only option. I have no confidence that we will get a return call. We just want our money refunded back to us. We kept our end of this deal and he did not. He doesn't even have the decency to call us back. Sincerely, **** *****
