On May 10th 2022 **** ******** came to service my aeration system. My motor was non functioning & he told me would get one & be back the next day to install. We agreed to a service contract & he emailed me 3 invoices the next day for the service that day 260.00 , the motor & installation 595.00 and a one year maintenance contract. I wrote two checks that day., one for 855.00 from one acct & 130.00 from the second acct. He never came back & wouldn't answer calls nor text messages to his cell phone for 8.5 months at this writing. I want the motor installed & **** ******** of American Aeration to honor the maintenance contract he provided me & I signed, or my money back. My next step is to file a civil suit at ** ***** ****** ***********Initial Complaint

I purchased my current home June 19th 2020 at which time the owners agreed to purchase a Service Agreement through American Aeration located in O'fallon Illinois. This agreement which costs approximately $210.00 for two years of service such as providing chlorine tablets for the aeration system, monitor water levels, ect. The issue is I have contacted the owner Jeff Jerashen on four different occasions about the alarm sounding and flashing on my aeration system it has now been nearly two months and nothing. I even resorted to contacting my Realtor and asking her to contact him to insure that he knows these services are promised and agreed upon by legal contract. That was three weeks ago and still no services have been rendered, no phone call returned and no reason why. I am worried about the expense it would cost me if my system suffers any damage as a result of being neglected by this company. No to mention I feel taken advantage of and ignored by Owner. Id like my money back!Business response
