    On 6/10/23 I initiated a consumer transaction between **** Schmitt Chevrolet and CEFCU. After taking a auto loan fraud class I decided to ask both companies for a copy (front and back) of the things they had on file. They both sent me over a copy of the **** which was signed on the back stating that both companies decided to do a separate agreement without my knowledge and to disregard EVERYTHING that was written in the contract. Had I known the company would make a separate agreement behind my back I would have never went through with the transaction. As companies that are supposed to uphold a fiduciary duty to all consumers they are supposed to have the consumer's best interest which they failed to do in my case. Since then I have sent in via certified mail a letter to revoke POA since they cannot uphold their fiduciary obligations to consumers. We all know legally and according to Blacks Law Dictionary that a contract has to be agreed upon by ALL parties, any type of fraud and deceptive business practices are a violation of the ************************ Act, consumer fraud and deceptive business practice act. I am 100% positive I am not the only one for which they have used unfair, misleading, deceptive, and abusive practices on

    Received a quote from kbb to sell my car went to a few places and most were very close to the kbb quote. NOT jack ********************* They called me and claimed they are the "only dealer in the area who offers above kbb."Well after taking my car in and waiting 40minutes when I was told it would be 15min, they came back and made a verbal offer which was half of kbb and not close to other dealers that I took the car to.The sales rep refused to give me a printed offer and was extremely rude and accused me of jumping starting the car to get there. Which I did not, but what if I did? For a car worth around 2-3.5k, I would assume you would need to jump start a car.Engine and transmission are under warranty still and the rude sales rep did not even ask or care when I started to say that, she walked away....AVOID THIS PLACE SALES REPS ARE RUDE

    The customer had put their vehicle info into the *** Instant Cash offer portal and received a quote of $2038 for the vehicle. He called and questioned the number with the dealership **** ******** ******* confirmed that as long as his information he had provided about his vehicle was accurate, the number would be honored. The customer brought the vehicle in for inspection. Unfortunately the customer did not include several items for the valuation such as damaged wheels, check engine light that is on, damage beyond the damage that was disclosed and rust. ******* went back to the *** portal and updated the condition of the vehicle. The *** portal never provided a purchase value, it just said "pending." This was the reason why we couldn't provide a *** written offer. ******* explained this to the customer and offered to let the customer speak to a sales manager or she would be glad to print an offer from the dealership (not ***) of $1000. While ******* was printing the dealership offer, the customer left the dealership. We apologize if the customer felt ******* was rude, she would never intentionally upset a customer. Unfortunately the customer left the dealership while ******* was attempting to assist and provide the information he was asking for.
