I am having maintenance issues in my apartment. I have a clogged sink and I can&#**;t get the landlord out to fix it. He said I clogged it so it&#**;s my responsibility. I didn&#**;t clog the sink. It drains very slowly. He came before and took care of it and now he won&#**;t come back to do it again. He texted me and told I me was responsible for clogged sinks. Roto Rooter came by and told me it was the landlord&#**;s responsibility.Business response

I fixed the clogged sink once. According to our lease which I will be sending to the BBB he is responsible for any additional repairs that he causes. I did give him a discount on his rent because of the second clog.Customer response

My landlord ***** from MB Business Management group is not providing me the necessary service that is required for me. For the past 3 months, I have requested new ceiling tiles for my bathroom due to a leak that caused my previous ceilings mildew/erosion. ***** has literally lied and told me he would fix the problem, on which he never did. Even during the times when I paid my rent each month (whether I paid on time or even late) he would still say he would stop by to replace the bathroom ceiling, which again he has yet to do. However, when my other neighbors have issues with their apartment, he actually assists them except for me. So I am bringing this issue to your attention to get this problem resolved immediately
