At about 8:25 AM on 6/17, this company delivered water to my neighbor's house and hit my mailbox causing damage. I called multiple times before I could get a hold of **** ****** who is the manager over these types of incidents. He came out on 6/18, to asses the damage. I shared with him the video of his truck running over my mailbox. I called on Monday, June 20th, and left a message with ****. Called again on June 21st and left another message and he called me back and said his boss was going to fix the problem. I called this afternoon and left another message with **** and I still have not heard any timeline of when my mailbox is going to get fixed.Business response

We are very sorry for the experience that Mr. ***** has had with our company. We received a call on 6/17/22, regarding the damage to his mailbox, and the Area Service Manager spoke with Mr. ***** and made arrangements to visit his home on 6/18/22, to assess the damage. They agreed that we would correct the situation the following week by replacing the mailbox and would get back to Mr. *****, once we had the supplies to do so. We apologize for the lack of communication during this process. On 6/23/22, once the supplies were obtained, the Area Service Manager, contacted Mr. ***** and arrangements were made to replace the mailbox on 6/25/22.
Again, we are very sorry for this experience.
