Franchise establishment that will haunt you for your first visit. They canvas the ** area seeking patients with a $20 introductory offer, then rope you in if you have ANY insurance outside of ****************** Just another SCAM.

Horrible experience. I went for Wellness Exam Offer which was pitched to me as a convention exclusive for convention goers of the Con I was attending, which was in fact just a new patient promo they always offer at the same price to everyone. The initial "exam"/X-rays were fine, but I got no information really. The follow up, they make me sit in a room and watch a 10 minute video that isn't super relevant, and then the doctor comes in and talks to me about the spine and nerves, and then explains arthritis to me (incorrectly I might add) prior to showing my X-rays and verbally giving me a diagnosis. Which had absolutely nothing to do with arthritis. They they state they can definitely help me if I "work with them" and then immediately go to the total insane cost and number of weeks it will take. They then REFUSED to provide me a copy of the break down, a written copy of my diagnoses, or any other records of the visit. They gave me a patient advocate team card and that was it. I called them, and they literally said, they gave me nothing so that I couldn't go elsewhere for treatment/second opinion, and then tried to justify it by asking me if I thought it was fair right? They further stated the diagnoses was verbal, and not written, so that there was nothing written down to give me. Super suspicious and super money hungry. Absolutely avoid. 

Very deceptive business model: Charged for 72 "Therapeutic Exercise" sessions (a $4,680 Charge) which is little more than exercises you do yourself on equipment that is available at a typical gym. The unsuspecting insurance companies are coded a CPT code (#****) for 15 minute sessions even though the sessions are 6 minutes. (I was told that they then "round up" for billing purposes.) The additional fees of $675 for 3 "performance testing" sessions proved to be of NO value since the results were not even discussed until the very end of the 24 visit time commitment. I could go ON and ON about the alleged $8,000 "value" and the 1/2 price "discount etc. AND the final performance testing proved little to no change in function. Calling for customer service was unbelievably frustrating after taking 8 MONTHS to get a final "NO, you agreed to the services so it's not our problem." STAY FAR AWAY.

They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They also charged me for appointments after I told them I was going out of state and continue to charge me even though my schedule for treatment had ended.

They ran a card a second time that was okay supposed to be ran one time, we had an agreement that I'd pay when I got my first check at my new job. I am now out of the last $186 that was supposed to get me through this week until pay day. Literally took gas from my car and food out of my kids mouth by doing this. They then ignored me all day after reaching out several times in text. I am now seeking a lawyer and will be moving forward with a lawsuit for theft and illegally storing card information in their system. I'm not the only one that has had this issue but I will do anything to get them to stop hurting people. DO NOT GO TO CHIRO ONE.       

Never been there and got a $450 bill. No one answers when I call about it. Been weeks now.
