on 5/27/2018 this company installed and new A/C with an 5 year warranty all parts and labor . on Sat 6/18 /22 the A/C went out an technician came over and said it wasn't the ac it was the belt in the furnace so he didn't have the belt on hand so he had to come back so he had to come back on sun 6/19 and it worked less than 24 hours so on mon 6/20/22 the a/c stopped working again I called AAA and spoke to the boss and I explained I heard electricity from the a/c unit and I was afraid in the middle of the night there would be a fire after I paid 295 dollars for said belt and ******************* said what do you want me to do and I said send someone and I'm not paying another 195 dollars service call to fix the problem and ******************* Told me if there's an fire during the night call the fire department and I said do you talk to all your clients like this and he told me I have millions of other customers and the he said I don't have time this and I told him I don't either and then he hung up and I hung up. 15 minutes Laters the original tech(*****) called me and said id be there tomorrow 6/21/22 Tuesday which was an hot day of the year me and my son called ***** to see what time ***** would arrive and I'm on oxygen and I am sickly and cannot tolerate the heat and after several calls to ***** and he texted my son and said he'd be at my home before 6pm then my son got another text from him saying he'd be here around 7pm and then I called ***** and told him he has 20 minutes to call me back to let me know what time he's coming and I waited and I couldn't take the heat so I called another company that did fix my A/C the other company said I needed an new motor in my furnace which cost 600 dollars . I really think this ******************* gives this 5 year warranty and never honors it and I've had this A/C for 4 years so far and I have one year left on warranty let and if something breaks I will never call this man's company again . What can be done about the warranty? I out $295
