I got Lasik done on one eye in November 2023 and the second one in December 2023. I saw great for a few months and then my vision completely changed. My regular eye ** said my prescription was in 30s. He told me Id need an enhancement. He filled out the paperwork and within a week they replied that it wasnt bad enough. There is a guarantee. I called back and no one returned my call. There are TONS of complaints against them on **** about denying enhancements or waiting too long. My vision is bad and eyes hurt and they cant even call me back.Initial Complaint

I had lasik done in September 2021. My vision wasn't completely fixed my first time getting lasik which is fine and understandable. I paid more for my procedure to have the guarantee that if it didn't work the first time that they would fix my vision. So I call to make appointment and I am told that they are full and do not have any appointments at this time and next months calendar is not open yet so they will have to call you back which they never do. So 6 months after my procedure I finally get scheduled for my first appointment to see if my eyes were not completely fixed which they were not. I am taken up to the front desk to make my next appointment and told the earliest appointment is 3 months out and here is a prescription for glasses because you will be waiting at least 2 months for your next appointment and then at least another 2 months before you can get in for the surgery. If I wanted to pay for the service again I could have my eyes fixed in under 2 weeks.
