      I booked a reservation at a PuttShack location. Due to assumed overbooking and poor design there was no where to park. I attempted to speak with the location that advised I use a parking garage that was full. By this time it was over an hour past our reservation time. I have attempted to speak with the location and also someone via chat who states to be part of the corporate office but no resolution has been provided, I want a refund for where I book my reservation ahead of time and was unable to use. Due to the absolutely horrendous experience *** helped attempt to resolve this I have no desire to ever go to Puttshack.

      On July 7th 2023 myself and 3 other adults visited puttshack at the ***** location. As we were visiting from Paris ** we had never experienced this business. We purchased two games not knowing how long it would take to get through one game. We had another place that we had to be at as we had made reservations. I processed to go to the front desk to ask them to cancel the second game and refund me the money. The front desk representative told me that she could not cancel and issue me a refund I would have to contact my financial institution to get the amount adjusted. I followed her instructions and contacted my bank. They tried twice to handle the dispute and puttshack rejected my refund of $82.08 both times. I then looked for the number to contact cooperate but could not find anything I then called the ***** location and asked for the manager she informed me that the manager was not in and she would leave him my information to have him call me. I also left a message on the puttshack website. How ever I later found that the rep I spoke to never gave my information to the manger he was only able to contact me from the message I left on the website. The manager ************************* called me and got all my information and promised me that he would get my refund issued right away and as of today 8/25/23 I still have no refund

      I am a former employee of Puttshack due to being terminated without a reason and I experienced work place discrimination. Management allowed me to work my entire 4:30pm to 1am shift on New Years Eve and 3 minutes after my shift they fired me. It was stated that there was complaints about me and when I asked what the allegations were they I was told "I can't tell you". Anytime I asked for further explanation as to what it was that was being said that I did the repeated answer I got was "I can't tell you". A week before I was fired I was sent home early without an explanation or reason. When I asked what I did the Hospitality Manager stated that someone complained about me. When I asked her if it was a guest or an associate she claimed that she couldn't tell me. When I proceeded to ask her what they claimed I did, she said "I can't tell you". This same manager has allowed other associates to do things that she wouldn't allow me to do, like dine-in after being clocked off or play the free games all associates are allowed. The day following my termination I went to Puttshack and asked why I was terminated and wasn't given an answer instead the Hospitality Manager ran away from me when I attempted to talk to her and yelled "I can't talk to you". She went and got the Beverage Director and instead of him giving me a reason as to why I was terminated he rudely told me "you were terminated yesterday and we had enough time to finalize it" and made other comments like "you're harassing me" "you're not an employee anymore I don't have to talk to you". All in all, I simply wanted my termination letter therefore I could understand why I was terminated. The entire leadership team as a whole isn't on one accord and they do not follow their termination policy and a bucket of other policies as well. Their morals are non existent and I can't believe as a leadership team they all stick together and back each other up when they are fully aware that per their policy they are wrong.

      On 9/4/22 I purchased a mini golf reservation for myself and 3 others scheduled for 9/5/22 at 7:10pm for the amount of $112.00. It was for my son's birthday. On the morning of 9/5/22, my son advised that he tested positive for COVID, so I cancelled the reservation. According to the confirmation email I received, I had to cancel the reservation 12 hours before the reserved time.On 9/5/22 at 6:55am, I received my email confirming that my reservation was cancelled and to allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on my statement. To date, I have not received my refund. I have called and emailed several times without any response to date.
