They are only getting one star because that is the lowest I can go. Well start with the biggest issue I had renting from these people. During the first year I lived there part of the ceiling fell in in the kitchen. I put in a maintenance request within the hour. 10/23/20. They never did anything about it. Over the years when they were bringing in AC units the maintenance guys would see the hole and ask about it. And I said it needed to be fixed. Nothing was ever done. On 8/31/22 this task was marked as completed on the maintenance tab of the website. For a month in 2022 the fire alarm would go off at 4am every few days. It took a month for them to fix. For 8 months out of the year for two years they started construction on the building at 6am.They charge a fee on the website to pay them but there is no option for in person or a check. This should be included in the rent. Convenience Fee. When issues arise in the building they would give us 24 hours notice. Fire inspection? Hope youre off of work tomorrow. The kicker is that there was a fire downstairs in the businesses and the apartment company never once reached out to us with any information in the aftermath of this event. Despite us all standing outside for 3 hours while the fire department took care of things. They could have an office downstairs in our building and theyd know our issues. They decide to rent them out of to have them unoccupied. Never, ever rent from these people.

This Company just bought out an apartment complex in *******, **. They have been nothing but a headache, if you have a maintenance request you have to submit it though an app you cannot even respond back to them because it is a donotreply email. If the maintenance manager gives you a less than 24-hour notice and you don't open your door or let them in, they will charge you $100. They just ripped off siding and there is nails everywhere I told them I got a nail in my tire, and they said it wasn't their problem. they are evicting people for no reason. We have been without outside Lites for over 2 weeks, and they still haven't put anything up, there are elderly people and people who have kids that live on the second floor and trying to walk up the stairs at night is very hard. There "customer service" skill are the worst I have ever seen.

I just moved from my last residents because they increased the rent i really didnt want to leave! I thought i found a great apartment at **** ************* in ******* ** but after the first night my 15 year old was bitten by bed bugs!! This is a terrible experience for us weve never experienced ANYTHING LIKE THIS! I reported it they only exterminated my apartment and not the entire building. I am going ask for my money back and LEAVE! My kids and I are all bitten up and itchy! Its disgusting and embarrassing. Weve been staying in a hotel!

Aim Realty is extremely unprofessional and money hungry!!! They do not fix any repairs you submit maintenance requests for they have raised my rent twice $50 for a 6 month lease they gave me and $100 for a year lease! U dont get to speak with anyone directly because their whole business is a scam and done through emails only! Would never in my life rent from them Id rather live out a **** cardboard box!!!!!
