I am submitting this review relative to Bronswood Cemetery because I do , in fact have 2 Niches bought & completely paid for. Dealing w/ what is now the 4th Counselor in 2 1/2 yrs has not only been stressful but has not produced any type of positive results ,with the most current person looking into how our Niches got such poor quality , lousy lettering apparently laser produced which I understand is the ,we will call it the most reasonable to not sound ungrateful that the lettering person got all characters correct but not in a fashion that anyone looking at final engraving, if we call it that, would be satisfied with.Unfortunately, at initial transaction time for purchase w/ my son as witness to what was an unpleasant experience whose name I will not divulge at this point , took hours, & never alluded to what type script would be on Niches or inside dimensions, but that 1 Niche was suitable for 2 of us, husband & wife.I am an Army Vet, 101st Airborne, I guess I was supposed to be aware of fact that one needs to be deceased B-4 applying for Army Niche emblem. I am currently working, while still alive, almost 85, on attempting to get inner dimensions of Niche, as something that important to me or in fact might be to most folks, is not specified anywhere in contract, obviously I, my ********** were not paying attention to lack of fiber important ************* I am still alive , but not well, trying to get as much done so as not to make final dealings for my ************************** any more stressful w/ unresolved ***** issues that will cost him additional funds. I am not aware that we have to purchase any type urns from these folks & that is why I wish to get our own , so when time comes for 3 people, my son has an easy time of delivering receptacles to them, as we do not plan on extra openings to incur more charges . Anyhow, the Cemetery is beautiful in prestigous Oakbrook &I hope right Counselor will satisfy our issues.
