              PACC Solutions were essential in getting all the work approved by our insurance company. The installation of the roof and siding was done with professionalism. Scheduling communication could have been better and the whole process was longer than I had envisioned. At the end of the day we were very happy with the finished product.

              Overall a very good experience with PACC solutions. They did a great job working with the insurance company to ensure everything was properly approved, which was a huge value add. We ran into a few hiccups with the execution of work by the contractors, but with close management they ultimately corrected the issues and delivered in a timely manner. We are very happy with our finished project and despite the hiccups, would use them again.

              ******* was our point person. He was extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the job. He answered every question we had. He and PACC Solutions fought hard to get us a new roof. The roofing crew were consummate professionals. They worked hard and paid attention to every detail before, during, and after the job was finished. They completed the job in one day. My wife and I are100% satisfied. We highly recommend PACC Solutions.
