One star too many. Folks, this company is a complete scam. Dont walk away from this company, RUN! I cannot explain in words how difficult it is to get your own money from these crooks. I had the unfortunate experience of having my previous employer roll over my *** to this 3rd party scam company and have been pulling my hair out ever since. They will reject your request for any reason possible, wait times to talk to a representative are over an hour each time, and the fees for them are absolutely insane. This company NEVER reached out to me whenever they received my ***, charged me hundreds of dollars in "fees" to which they refused to explain. I feel sorry for all of you who have been wronged by them, I dont understand how they havent been sued and shut down. If your accounts been sent to them, good luck. There's a higher chance that the world will end, then for you to receive YOUR money.

The many reviewers are absolutely correct. This company is a disaster! Once I was able to confirm this was not a scam it took me almost a YEAR AND A HALF to extract my money from these folks...after squeezing me for every fee imaginable. And like so many others, I got no notice that my money (which should've been transferred IN FULL upon my departure) was being sent to these incapable crooks by my former employer. I was forced into this situation and had every imaginable ridiculous fees forced upon me. I was promised two of them would be removed after well over an hour on the phone with multiple representatives and only one was - big surprise. Then they dragged their feet...actually just failed and didn't do their job at all...on "reviewing my request to withdraw" and, despite saying it could take up to 14 days (for whatever this process was purportedly for) I had to waste even more time with ridiculously long wait times to call over 6 weeks later after my request to try to get my money because their website was (probably still is) down for many days. In that time, during yet anther inexplicable delay, I was hit with another secret "fee" for a paper statement!! All because they cannot do their job to any level of competency. WHAT A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! We'll see if my latest effort to get my money actually works (even though I was not given the option I was promised I would be given for rollover to my plan...another hour+ on the phone) since apparently all of the hoops I went through and forms/information I submitted in early December per their instruction simply evaporated so I had to start over. Absolutely ridiculous and massively frustrating! I hope they are investigated at the state and/or federal levels. You cannot run a business this way, especially when it involves other people's money! Best part was the $25 closure fee disclosed at the very end of the timed session...as I was running out of time to complete...because of the many system glitches.

SCAM! I had $114.98 in a CapitalOne Account *** that I was unable to remove when I closed all my accounts - I tried.They moved it to Inspira - who charged me $35 in an annual fee and $10 for a paper statement - I didn't even know Inspira had my account. What a scam.

Can't login, can't verify my account, can't get my money out of this scam company's ****

Their website is garbage. claimed my account but can't log in. stuck at a loading mt screen. no support because their support page just throws an error about not being able to submit a ticket. Phone support never picks up. This is obviously a sham company overseas somewhere

These folks are truly awful. I waited 40 minutes on hold and reached what sounds like a call center in another country. The representative did wait on line with me while I tried to fill out the form but we got stuck with IT issues, so he transferred me to the IT department. Instead I was transferred to a more experienced Rep. *** was helpful.

NIGHTMARE experience. Impossible to get my money out of Mtrust after my 401k rolled over. Stuck in a Kafkaesque loop of account recovery. DO NOT ROLL YOUR EMPLOYEES MONEY HERE.

The AUDACITY - $35 annual fee that i NEVER agreed to, plus $10 paper statement fee ALSO never agreed to. CROOKS

I think that MT has very poor technical abilities, at least in designing and communication with webpages. I have been very frustrated with trying to log-in, with trying to access my account/ funds, etc. Website keeps glitching and appearing blank.The technical support line has a very very long wait time. While holding, you have no idea how long wait time is left.The support chat does not connect to a person, but a simple chat bot, that doesn't help with anything.0/10 would not recommend to a friend. But the sad part is, recommending or not, is pointless, because I didn't choose to use them. my previous employer did.

I'm having the same issue as other reviewers. My funds were transferred to this company from previous employer's retirement fund platform with no written notification to me on where my funds were tranferred to. Spoke to someone at this company a couple of weeks ago and they stated I should receive paperwork "soon", but still no information on how to access my account and therefore my money. Tried to login to access my funds on my own, but the website will not let me login. Cannot speak to a representative, they say their office is closed even though it is a weekday and before 7pm **. This is robbery.
