      I purchased a signed copy of *************************** Book "A Song & A Prayer on November 30th with an expected ship date of December 12th 2023 and not delivered til January 25th.I emailed Talk Shop Live multiple times to find out the status of the delivery because the book wasn't delivered by the date it was supposed to. I can provide all the emails if needed. I get an email in January that the book is on it's way. When I received the book it wasn't signed by the author and *******'s daughter like it stated in the sale of the book on Talk Shop Live. For some reason Talk Shop Live is the go between for the book service that is shipping these books. I submitted a ticket with Talk Shop Live that the book wasn't signed and that I wanted to return the book. A couple days later they sent me an email stating that the shipper didn't have any more signed copies of the book but if you look on Talk Shop Live they are still selling the signed copies of the books and the current ship date is Febuary 20th. I would like the sgned book that I paid for is not I want a refund. I am very unhappy that there is no direct communication so that this can be resolved.

      Hello, I placed an order with this company for a limited edition item as a gift on Dec 3rd, the item came damaged on Dec 15th and I reached out to the company I ordered from which was Talkshop.live and they told me that they escalated the experience to the distributor which is Readerlink and they are currently waiting for them to provide them with a return label and as soon as they got it they would email it to us to send the item back. Since then we have heard nothing from either place. We have reached out to Talkshop several times by email and they tell us they are still waiting so my husband has also reached out to Readerlink directly and the lady he spoke to there tells us its a very easy process that all Talkshop has to do is send us a return label so somewhere along the line we are being lied to and all we are left with is a charge on our credit card for a damaged item. Can someone please look into this and help us get this resolved. The phone # to Readerlink is: ************** and the first woman we spoke to was *******, since then we have talked to several people but still gotten nowhere. We couldnt find a number for Talkshop so weve only been communicating with them through email.       I have just reach out to TalkShopLive, because we dont issue return labels. That would come from the retailer (which in this case is TalkShopLive) the retailer does not need our approval to process a return, as the end user is not our customer so we have no relationship with the customer.
