              I am a hair stylist/student at ******************* school of hair design and I just would like to bring the amount of problems I have been having to your attention from financial aid problems , teachers being unprofessional, things not seeming up to par as far as getting our money worth because how are these the conditions we have to work with but we pay ****** and it feels like a 15 ****************. We also find it crazy how the quality of supplies given is terrible things breaking , product bottles and more just breaking . Then the biggest thing how instructors find it okay to converse about incidents that happened with and whole other group of students thats just unprofessional.

              I've been bringing my daughter there for years and on 3/4/22 I was told they couldn't do her hair after sitting there an hour. The front desk kept saying we'll be right with you or just a minute. Then a teacher came in front of everyone looking all in my daughters hair saying they couldn't do it because it was too matted. Her hair is thick and coily and she didn't get a comb or brush to see that it wasn't hard to comb just looked at it. It shouldn't have taken an hour and she could of pulled her to the back and told her in another room instead of embarrassing her in front of everyone. Then the students and everyone was looking and staring even as we walked out. I this should of been handled very differently. I've seen children with hair just as thick as my daughters get their hair done with no problem. Also before a white teacher came looking through her hair a black teacher told us it would cost more to do my daughter's hair. There's nothing posted or on the website saying we can charge you more depending on the thickness or tightness of your coils.
