I hired *************************, owner of All In One Project Management, to do an addition and remodel on my home. **** was referred to me by his brother-in-law, ***********************. ***** is the owner/builder of Gort Homes, a luxury home builder in the Chicagoland area. ****, at All in One Project Management, promised things he could not deliver. He didnt pay bills for my civil engineering, he would schedule and then not show up for meetings with me and his sub-contractors, he did not put down payments on materials that I asked him to, and he would not cooperate with my architect which caused major delays in my project. He also stole over 34K from the draw my bank gave him from my construction loan to start the project. **** did not do one thing work wise and had my money the bank gave him to start the project. BEWARE ************************* is unethical and did nothing to satisfy the contract. I have all the documentation to back this up. Because of the delays he caused and money he stole, I could no longer move forward with my home project that I worked so hard for. I have tried to resolve this issue with him in a civil manner and he will not cooperate or even call me back. How someone can run a business and live with themself after doing this is revolting. I do not want to see this happen to any one else ever, so PLEASE do not consider or hire ************************* at All In One Project Management for any home project. Also, be very cautious of his brother-in-law, *********************** at **** Builders. They do work together and I have lost respect for ***** based on his referral of ****.Initial Complaint

The business was provided ample amount of time to correct the situation but has failed to do so.
