On September 13th I hired A Little Sparkle to do a deep cleaning of my new house. I know ***** (owner) ******* sister. We communicated via text. I asked for a deep cleaning and texted: Cleaning out drawers, cabinets, walls, ceilings, chair rail, crown molding, windows, light ***************** done in 3 bathrooms, the laundry room, frontroom, dining room, finished basement, bar and 1 bedroom. I was told it would be $500. Period. That was all that was said. They came out and were at my house for 3 hours and 41 minutes. They insisted I pay. I asked if I could see the house first but they said they require payment immediately. She stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. I figured if I wasn't happy they would come back. I got home and saw there was a ton of stuff that did not get done. I elected to wait until the next day so I could calm down. I was very upset. The next day I said I was disappointed. ***** dodged me for days. She told me they legally can't clean walls because paint could come off. She also said no cabinets. That's a move in clean which cost more money. I said she never said that so that's not fair. I also said there was plenty of other things. She said she had to talk to her partner ******* and get back to me. She finally did get back and said she'd come out for more money. I said that's ridiculous. I want what I paid for and I'm not satisfied. I told her she needs to make it right or I will start making life harder for her by leaving honest reviews. She then told me she filled a claim with her insurance. I asked for that info and for the first time on September 26 (13 days later) she offered to clean 1 light, 1 toilet and the baseboard in the basement "nothing more." I said I want them to do the job I hired them for. She called me a joke and said no. I no longer want them in my house. I want a refund.
