In October of 2019 I hired LB Landscaping to install a 300 sqft brick patio with a base consisting of 4 inches of rock and 2 inches of sand. The patio was completed in November of 2019 and when the snow cleared in the spring the brickwork had obviously shifted and buckled. I made a warranty claim to LB in April of 2020 and they agreed to repair the issues and came out during the summer to perform repairs. In March of 2021 the patio buckled and shifted again, so I informed LB that I was going to hire someone else to repair the patio. In May of *************************************** that LB has skipped all the inspections, so in July of 2021 I filed a claim under the $10,000 L&P Bond. The Unilock representative agreed that repairs were necessary and LB agreed to provide them. LB removed a 4x4 post from the patio base in September 2021 and agreed to completely resand the brickwork in Summer 2022. When LB backed out of their agreement to move the hot tub in Summer 2022, I hired a different company to evaluate the Base. Their evaluation revealed that the center of the patio had a base of only 2.5 inches - including a screening layer of soil measuring approximately 1/8th of an inch.The entire patio needs to be completely redone, as the patio is constantly shifting and anthills and weeds form in the cracks.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
The response of the business was not an offer to replace or pay for replacement of the fraudulent work, which is the only acceptable resolution to me. There's no reason for him to wait for the weather to clear, he can agree to live up to the terms of the contract he signed in any weather. ******************** has known about these issues for nearly 3 years and has consistently asked me to wait "just a few more months" as a delay tactic.
