            On April 14th my daughters left on a school trip with Ideal Charter - My daughter was on one bus (391) and my other daughter was on another bus (393) I was informed on the 14th that my daughters bus (391) didnt have any working air conditioning but didnt think that the windows didnt open - these 25 plus children on this bus drove to Springfield 2.5 hours away with no working A/C and then back the next evening again with no working A/C in 80 degree weather both days - I called world strides originally who informed me they couldnt do anything - I've reached out to the charter company twice now with no response but feel I should be refunded a good portion of my money due to their negligence. The kids stated the charter bus was a heater box and the water (their own they brought on the bus) was warm and not drinkable due to the temps on the bus - appears there are several other complaints of non working buses as well as heater/A/C units not working - I would like refund of the portion I paid for this trip.

            Ran me off the road on business 20. He was in the left lane and cut all the way over to the exit. Cutting me off making me exit with him.. He had a whole bus full of people.. Do theses drivers even know the rules of the road?? The roadways are frozen I was going 60 mph that could have ended much worse. Please be cautious if using this company. I did call the company and complain but Im sure nothing will be done!!
