    I purchased an end table from ********************, *******************************************************************************************. Purchase date: 9/23/2021. I received deliver sometime in November, I believe. About January of 2022 my wife noticed that a crack had developed at the edge of the table top just above the drawer right of center. It didn't look at the time as too significant, so we ignored it. However, at the beginning of March of this year (4 months after delivery) we noticed that the crack had become significantly more noticeable. The splitting at the edge now was big enough to see daylight through it and the cracking on the top and extended by a few inches. On March 12, 2022, I sent and email along with accompanying photos to ******************** explaining our issue and requesting and exchange/replacement to made. A representative of the company, ****, told us that wood was a natural product and that cracking and splitting were naturally occurring issues and not a defect. They also sent along instructions as to how I could patch up the crack with wood filler and then "purchase the closest color you see" and stain it.Obviously, this was not a satisfactory response. I checked with a couple of quality furniture store in my area about cracking wood. I was told that this is a rare occurrence and would be considered a defect especially in such short time after delivery. I am enclosing the photos I sent to them for your perusal. I would appreciate it if you could look into this situation and hopefully manage to convince ******************** to honor their commitments. Their website says they only replace items that are defective. They do not indicate any time limit on this.

    DO NOT SHOP with this company!!!! They do NOT CARE. Try reaching them to lodge a problem with their product or shipment and they will prove to be ELUSIVE! My purchase came with INSIDE DELIVERY and they DROPPED AND RAN. Said "their paperwork" did not have inside delivery. It say right on my invoice. I repeatedly called them to address the matter and NO ONE ****************** NO ONE calls me back. Worst Customer attention EVER.
