please allow me to explain. Approximately 30 days ago I ordered a super sac. The online ordering process is great! Approximately 23 days ago I received a damage sac. The sac arrived with multiple large oil spots that smelled like machine or motor oil (pictures attached). I contacted customer care the same day, opened a case# ********* and provided pictures. I received a shrinkage kit two weeks ago and was told someone will call me to pick it up. As of today, the damage sac is packed up sitting in our guest room. I have called multiple times and was told someone will contact me to pick up the sac. I paid for a NEW SAC without any damages. I havent received a replacement sac and Im paying for something I cant use. This has been a very unpleasant experience and the process shouldnt be long and drawn out. For the amount of money paid, there should be someone calling and following up. I shouldnt have to figure out what is going on. Im not happy customer. Hopefully my concerns will be addressed.
