    SP Tech was paid in full to properly install our pool. They started the job 3 months after promised. July 1, 2021 the pool was installed, not level, not enough sand under the liner, and leaking terribly at the return. They were notified immediately to come fix it. They put a mismatched patch on my brand new liner and left. After adding water, the pool was still leaking. They were notified again immediately. This time, despite being advised of erosion taking place under my liner, they didnt return for 90 days to fix. Significant craters development under the liner due to the leaking. SP Tech said they would fix it. Over 9 months later, they have not returned to fix it and have an excuse everytime Ive contacted them. Ive talked to reputable pool installers who said they could fix it for around $2000 including a new liner which would be required. They need to pay to have this fixed properly.

    Gave half down deposit in February 2023 for installation of owners supplied new above ground pool to secure a May 21st 2023 date to install and supply some materials. Didn't meet promised dates to preform work and when they did show up it was late in the afternoons only stayed for 2 hours.Did damage to new pool trying to install. Talked to lead Installer on June 21st and said that this installation should have taken no more than one full day to install not one month. The steel pool side blowing in the wind causing damage to the pool.On June 21st he agreed to give me a full refund of deposit. Have not received refund or response.
