Hi I ordered lunch for me and my daughters from Wendys today through uber eats and as usual they messed my order up so I called and spoke with a manager who informed me he knew the order and he was sorry I didnt receive the correct order so he told me come to the restaurant and I would be able to pick up my 2bacon double stacks upon arrival I was told just let them know my name and my items will be given to me so I had my daughter take me to the restaurant and they locked the doors saying they closed and cant help me that was totally unacceptable and wrong to have me come all the way to the restaurant and still not able to get the food I paid for I was only looking for my missing items now I feel Im owed a full refund since I used gas to get there this establishment has gone downhill and I would never expect this from a restaurant in oak park but here I am out of $25.05 plus gas money!
