I have used this company for credit card processing for many years. In November of 2022 and then April of 2023 I noticed charges coming out of my account. When I left messages with the number on my invoice I was not answered. I contacted may bank and after not being able to do anything I started using a new credit card processing company. For 2 months now I have been charged and amount of ***** at the beginning of the month, however have gotten no statements to show what the charges are for. I contacted my bank again to dispute charges. After calling the number on my older statements again I was given another number to call by a voice recording. That number was answered with a person who said i had the wrong number but was trying to stop the calls. I am going to have to close my business checking and open a new one. I huge inconvenience. Frustrated that I can not stop payment on them because I am a business but they can keep taking money not authorized. the number on the statement is ************** then told me to call ************Initial Complaint

I used eaglepay.us for my merchant services at the cafe I own for the last 4 years. They were first cci merchant and then changed to eaglepay. Back in January of ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* I called the number on the statements that I recieve monthly. At the time it was for some sort of parking barn and was NOT Eaglepay.us. I Googled the company to see if a different number would pop up and it stated that ******** was permanently closed. I tried for a few days to figure out a different number to reach them at to cancel my services. I put a stop on there payments at my bank until I was able to figure out where and to whom my money was going to. I stopped using there machine January 13th 2023 at 230pm central time. I returned the machine to the processing department which is a different department than eaglepay and they stopped my monthly payments for my machine. I recieved a statement in January for $178.42. Which I plan to pay as soon as this is squared away. I then recieved a bill for February fees that is $123.54. But I did not use there services in February and I was unable to contact them to cancel there services. I then recieved a letter from first data merchant services on 3/8/23 saying I owe amount of money. I tried calling them to dispute the $123.54, and they said that it would be sent to collections if I did not pay it. Then gave me another number to try which also was a failed attempt. NOW the number on the statement which is the same as it has been has you go to a voice-mail and leave a message for them to call you back. I have yet to hear back and I am sure they will be sending a bill for march of money I "owe". I would like to clear this up so it does not affect my credit. But I have been unable to cancel there services.
