      I inquired to create an Umrah Package trip to ************. Their website includes multple package examples and I was contacted by *************************. He kept every contact over phone and I requested multple times to receive confirmation and information discussed via EMAIL to refer to for my family. That request was never fulfilled. The only email we received were a badly copied andpasted itinerary which was changed often to reflect options. We paid for ***************** stays, and ground transport along with guided tours. We authorized usage of a CC and the other portion of the money requested was asked VIA Bank Wire. Which I thought was fishy, but I had no reason to assume they would practice bad form. The trip was planned for *** 9th,2024 - *** 17th 2024. We received an Airline ticket reservation confirmation but NO HOTEL CONFIRMATION. I asked multiple times to receive the hotel information, but was told that Hotels do not provide reservations until the night before. WHICH AGAIN IS NOT TRUE.NO information was provided about ground transport, or the guided tours. NO policy information was passed along or provided. I unfortunately tested positive for COVID and was very sick on *** 5th, and reached out via TEXT and email and via PHONE to contact and switch/cancel the trip. I reached out Friday *** th, Saturday *** 6th, *** 7th, and all day Monday. They called me back at 6:30 pm Monday night, the night before the scheduled flight departure. During this time I reached out to the airlines to cancel, and was met with a reservation number the Airline couldnt access. And the Hotels confirmed that THERE WAS NO RESERVATION MADE UNDER ANY NAMES OF MY FAMILY. They stated the hotel money was non refundable and that the airline policy for cancellation was $600 per ticket, WHEN THE AIRLINE STATED $190 WHEN I SPOKE TO THEM. We recevied some money back from the airline tickets but a POLICY THAT WAS NEVER AGREED ONE. HOTEL MONEY WAS NOT REFUNDED. even though the reservations were never made.

      On the phone and subsequent emails, Hajar Travels offered to facilitate a pilgrimage trip to ***** for my wife, ***** and my friend *****************************. Hajar Travels took a $1000 from my wife and another $1000 from my friend as deposit for two spots. They promised to refund the money if the trip fails but they didn't as promised. I have made several attempt on the phone and through emails to recoup the money but they just keep lying giving different explanations each time. The money transaction for my wife occured in 04/12/23 and my friend about a week later. I Have the receipts ans emails. I just want them to refund the money.

      Hajar Travels changed my entire itinerary hours before my departure time from *******. Not only did they lie in their live webinar on how the trip will be conducted but took away all expected services from me because I refused to let them change my itinerary. I dont believe I got what I paid for.

      We had purchased a travel package for me, my husband and 5 kids including airfare and hotels. We had received confirmation numbers for everything but the night before our travel we received an email with new tickets. We thought it was the same flights. When we went to the airport , the ticket agent Pointed out the children's, all minors, return tickets were scheduled on a different flight than us landing 4 hrs before e us in another airport that was over an hour away. We called the agent immediately and showed our disbelief of this and we need to change the Children's return flight. The agent even talked to them and questioned their lack of reasoning for booking the kids flights like this. They said don't worry we'll take of this and should be fixed. On our return, they said it has been fixed. We went to the second leg of our trip and we were told the children's trips have been cancelled because the first part of the trip was missed. The agent said the agent incorectly booked a new flight for the kids, instead of altering the original, canceling the second part of the trip. We called them repeatedly, no answer. We had to buy new tickets for our 5 kids as we needed to return back to the US that totalled $5,500 . When we arrived we told them and they said it wasn't their fault even though the airline agents knew exactly what happened. I called repeatedly leaving messages and no one is answering my calls. The head airline manager in ******* backs my statement up that it was cancelled due to their lack of knowledge and failure.We want our money reimbursed .

      Dates: 3/14/22 to 4/23/22 I purchased 2 Umrah packages from this ************* and once they received their payment, they became very distant and there was huge lack of communication, lack of organization, lack of regard, lack of respect, lack of knowledge. My mom and I went to Saudi ******, and expected this TOUR GROUP to guide us each step of the way. Instead, they would not respond, or would tell us to figure it out ourselves or tell us they'd get back to us and never did. Myself as well as other group members were extremely disappointed. They were supposed to take us on 2 tours and didn't take us on even 1. They kept switching the hotels we were to stay at, at the very last minute. There was no VIP bus service as they promised. We had to take taxis, when they said we would be within a 5 minute walking distance. We spent WAY more than we were supposed to based on the things they did NOT provide to us as they stated they would. The group leader was completely helpless, had no knowledge of how to lead a group, no manners, no help, no anything. We had to do everything ourselves and/or BEG for their help. My mom and I made the most out of our trip by doing things on our own, but we PAID to have a guide and a group environment. This was an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING experience!!!

      I got a visit **** package along with my family members from this travel agents. The agent committed that they will provide a 5 star hotel with transportation in this package but when we reached to the destination they cheated us and they provide us a very nasty hotel where the rates and bed bugs in the room with nasty smell I complaint to the agent that what they committed they have to fulfill that then we book the hotel at our own expenses and they did not refund us the money. The travel agent charge us for 5 star hotel in our traveling but they unable to provide us. They cheated us.
