The nature of this dispute is Twin Peaks on two separate occasions charge the customer three times the amount and added items to the invoice the customer never received. The customer has disputed the charges with Management and Server **** and has not received any response. The customer came in to watch the Bears game on 1/7/2024 and the Packers Game on 1/14/20224.**** charged the customer three times the amount for 3 drinks and did the same thing the following week and charged for 8 drinks when the customer only had 2. Customer will like to be refunded for access in charges.Business response

We have investigated this complaint, by checking our point of sale system and speaking with managers and the named employee at the location. Regarding the alleged incident on 1/7/2024, we do not find that ************** was overcharged for any items. He was provided the items he ordered and was charged our regular price for those items. Regarding the alleged incident on 1/14,2024, we do not find that the customer was overcharged for any items. Again, he was provided the items he ordered and was charged our regular price for those items. We also find no evidence that he was charged for 8 drinks on the 1/14/2024 visit.
All customers are provided with an itemized guest check detailing all items purchased at the time of payment. The claimant did not at any point dispute the items or pricing included on the itemized guest check. The payment receipt attached to the complaint does not provide any evidence to support these claims. If ************** has additional evidence he would like to provide to assist in our investigation, we are willing to review it to reach a resolution that works for all parties.

I am rejecting this response because: Waitress' work the 2 nights attempts to provide a check receipt without itemization. To be clear with my dispute, I never requested a double of anything. There were two flat breads on my receipt. I order 2 bluemoons and 2 regular lemon drops. I contest the theory by going to another twin peak location and I was only charged $84 for the same order. Twin peak refuses to upload the actual receipt because they are aware it will show the truth. The waitress' attempted to finesse their guess on a number occasions and it didn't work. I requested to speak to the manager and **** refused. No one person invoice should reflect $175.00 for one person eating. The two gentle sitting next to me at the bar whom order similar items invoice was $84.**** and **** took the detailed invoice receipt because they did not want me to change. I demand a detailed copy of the detailed invoice to be able to conclude my argument.
