My husband and I have been *** members since **** and have seen this company /timeshare decline ever since then. In the past twenty five years we have seen several reductions and cancellations of resort ownership with *** with absolutely NO additions to the network. We haven't seen *** grow in the last twenty five years and that in itself has raised many red flags. *** added a new resort in 2020 near ******** ******** that we, as current *** owners, had to upgrade in cost in order to use the new resort, which was the straw that broke the camel's back for us. *** started off with 4-5 vacation ownership resorts back in **** and presently have only 1 left in ******* which is intangible to most of us. We highly DO NOT recommend this timeshare (***) to anybody as it continues to decline over the years. There are many other Timeshares that continue to grow in resort ownerships but this one just continues to decrease.Review from Terry W

I have been an ARI ******** for almost two decades. Long gone are the days where their service was impressive. Now you can call all their numbers for days without an answer. Hint: call the sales line, not ******** service. Their email on their website doesn't work. Their website is one of the worse I have ever used and even shows that I never owe anything despite a due balance. I would used auto-pay but even though I call every mounth, they seem utterly incapable of setting it up. I only get a week of vacation, but after all the effort it takes to deal with these people, I honestly deserve better. Actually everyone deserves better. It is just not worth all the agony it takes, and in turn makes you regret you ever heard of Alpenland!Honestly, the other reviews are correct, if I could give zero stars I would. But someday I do hope to actually go to Alpenland and "swim" in their pool.
