Date of Transaction: Friday May 12,2023 I got my nails filled in with a design. Wednesday May 17th the right thumbed broke, I glued it back. Thursday left pinky lifted almost all the way off. I glued it down. Friday May 19th the right index finger lifted. I went to the establishment and showed what I guess was the manager my nails. You could clearly see other mails lifting in the corners. Her resolve was to have another technician fix my nails. She also refused to give me the license number of the nail tech that did my nails yelling me to wait until she gets back so she can give me her license number herself. Why would I allow anyone else in their establishment to do my nails?I was literally able to come home and remove the lifting acrylic from my nails myself after one week.

I returned to the AQNail Spa as was instructed by the Manger yesterday.  She informed me that she was told I had only one broken nail, which was not what I told or showed the manager.  She had refused to give me her license number, asking what I need it for.  Ad far as I know, ******** licenses are to be displayed for public knowledge.  When I told her I was filing a complaint she told me she world not give me her license number.

I now have to go and pay someone else to correct her work which is not only unprofessional but unethical.   I am not the only one who has had these problems and all this salon wants to do is try and fix what is wrong.

On Thursday, February 23, 2023, I received services from AQ Nail Spa for a nail repair and gel polish color change on my hands and feet. My services were received at the end of the business day when the staff members rushed to complete my transaction. I was charged $75.00 and tipped $10. My family member was then charged $77.00 for a completely new nail set, design, and pedicure. I questioned why my price was just as much when I received fewer services. The staff just laughed and said they were closing. Two hours later, my nail polish began to bubble and melt off. I called AQ Nail Spa on Friday, February 24, 2023, to discuss the overcharges and poor nail quality. We agreed to resolve any issues the next day, Saturday, February 25. Upon my arrival, the staff acknowledged the overcharges as a fill-in service that I did not request or receive and agreed that my nails were not of good quality. They offered to give me the fill-in I was overcharged for and a new polish. When I sat for the services, a staff member denied me service and insinuated that I was broke and just wanted free services. My polish was then partially drilled from my nails, and I was not given any other resolutions. I am seeking a refund and an investigation into the products used as they should melt nor form any chemical changes such as bubbling.

10/22/22 I was overcharged. They charged $80 for full set dip with tip and 2 nail designs. It should have been around $50 per their website. Manager refused to speak with me and nail tech **** refused to produce any menu of price explanations. Bad business. Deceptive.

I showed the mail tech the design I wanted. She agreed she could do it. When it was time to get this design a guy was assigned to do my nails, I showed him the design he said he could not do it. The girl then agreed to do it. She cut my nails all the way down without first asking me. She slapped my hand after I realized she had used the ****** and to take my nails off and told me to go wash my hands. I got up and paid my bill of $60. They charged me for $40 for my pedicure, $10 for cutting my nails down and $10 for soaking the dip polish off. I was treated poorly and am seeking a refund for a service i did not agree to.

They dont deserve even one star. Horrible experience and horrible nails. The owner was even more rude than the nail technician. I asked for medium oval shape nails and ended with extremely short nails that were a mixture between pointy and almond. The nail technician forgot that I asked for the shape and informed me it was my job to remind him of what I wanted. A nice lady next to me stuck up for me reminding him that I shouldnt have to remind him. She had also heard what I asked for originally. The nail technician started aggressively filing my nails and caused pain. The owner looked at my nails and said you dont have to pay. The nail technician then stated you dont pay I dont need you. Upon leaving I wasnt apologized to just given a dirty look from the owner. This place doesnt deserve anyones money!
