I owned my professional Badge-a-minit for quite some time. never had a problem. However, I discovered after this past year's order, I was having problems with the machine completely wrapping the clear plastic cover over my buttons. I went through so many incomplete buttons, I called the manufacturer. They suggested I look to a different place within the sleeve of **** plastic covers to see if it made a difference. I did. It resolved the issue for a short time.HOWEVER:1) They knew this was an issue 2) They could have sent me a new pack of plastic sleeves 3) they chose not to....thus, I ruined over 15% of my inventory with their faulty sleeves.4) I call the company again to let them know...I am back to the part of the clear sleeves and my buttons are not completing 50% of the orders...and therefore, I want them to make amends. many phone calls of back and forth, with a woman who seems to be the only one working in the business.1) president will not pay for free return and inspection of machine 2) president offers only 50% off the re-order of the plastic circles 3) President doesn't acknowledge that I also lost all of the button materials in the course of discovering the circles were DEFECTIVE SO, In conclusion. Not only are the materials 2x's the cost of competitors materials, and not only is my machine only guaranteed for LIFE using only their materials, they have put me in a most unusual position of having to share with the world, this is not a company who stands behind their products, is out of touch with reality as to how much they are charging, and their president is as deft as our ** president. My attempt to communicate my issue effectively has reached its end. Therefore, I am posting this on BBB so others may think twice before using this company
