I am so disappointed with this company! Moving Ally subcontracted my move to L*** *******, who they claim is one of their top affiliates. We had horrible issues with L*** ******. I had checked Moving Ally reviews and they looked good. So, I thought I would be in good hands. I fully regret booking with Moving Ally. I was over charged by the driver Mr G***** for L*** ******. He claimed he needed $272 for booker fees to start the move. We paid reluctantly and I did let him know I would be calling Moving Ally. On Monday July 29, 2024, I talked with Lilyana with Moving Ally about the extra charges I had to pay. She said she would talk with Mr G*****. Later that morning I received a call from Mr G***** and he said I would have $255 on Wednesday which would have been on July 31, 2024. I told him he also owed me $272 which he claimed were for booker fees. I explained to him per Lilyana only the $255 were for booker fees and that should have come off the balance. I told Mr G***** he also owed me $272 and per Lilyana it would NOT have been for booker fees. He then admitted he needed money upfront. I claimed then the $272 should have come off the balance and he said NO. He is just refusing to pay. I emailed Lilyana and explained the situation of the $272 her reply was thanks for the info. I texted Mr G***** on August 4, 2024 letting him know I have not received the $255, he replied I should have it Wednesday. Well, its Saturday Aug 10, 204 and no payment yet. Since he was subcontracted with Moving Ally, I should not have to be the person to argue with Mr G*****, L*** ******. I trusted Moving Ally, my moving experience would be good and it was quite the opposite!!
