i called this company sept 15/22 paid 50% deposit sept 17/22 paid and 200 oct 7/22 900 on oct 09 this guys never got a permit to my home at all he filled a form out with the **************** but didn't pay it lied over and over about having a appointment with the city inspector i called the city inspector he told me he never had a appointment nor was there a permit its now oct 24/22 he said the work would be done in 2 weeks two weeks went buy he never started the work kept giving me reasons on why kept on telling he ok just let me know he came with some parts for the job put a couple on my house thats when i gave him more money because he said it would cost more then he thought i have text of him saying all of this to all in the uploadInitial Complaint

Date of Transaction: September 27, 2022- $125.00; September 28, 2022- $225.00 No Budget Electric LLC was supposed to fix an electrical issue in our upstairs bathroom and bedroom. **** (the electrician) told us he would have this issue resolved Saturday October 1, 2022 at 9 a.m.) and he said he would have my husband help him fix the problem. Not thinking about it at the time, we realize this could be dangerous for my husband, who is not a licensed electrician. He texted us at 9:30 a.m. Saturday letting us know that he was going to reschedule to come at 9 a.m. on Sunday October 2, 2022 because he wanted to spend time with his family. We agreed to the time. On Sunday morning he texted me letting me know he would come at noon because of a parade. At noon, his girlfriend called me and told me that he would be here at 3 p.m. I then asked if she was sure because he kept changing the appointment time. She said yes, and promised he would be here at 3 p.m. Ten minutes later he texted me and said he would refund our money and he apologized that he wasn't coming. He said the money would be in our account within ***** hours and if it wasn't in there by Wednesday to contact him. On Wednesday My husband checked his bank account and the money still hadn't been refunded. My husband had me text **** to let him know that the money hadn't been refunded and if it wasn't in there by the time my husband got off work, then he was going to file a complaint with the BBB. He then replied threatening to report us to ComEd for electrical code violations and have our power turned off. My husband then messaged him saying he would go to his bank after to work to see if any funds were being processed into his account and if not he was going to file a complaint with the BBB. **** then replied threatening my husband telling him that he would do everything in his power to cause pain to the extent of my husband's complaint and if he bashed his business, he would have to deal with him in person.
