bought a post hole digger from Tractor Supply (filed a complaint on them as well) July 4th, 2021 (part number ******). it has a 3 YR warranty. The company that built it is SpeeCo they do not have anyone in the area to repair it. SpeeCo instructed me to return to the store in ************ ** where there is no one there I can get a hold of to help me. So, I called the main office in *********, **, between SpeeCo sending to Tractor Supply and Tractor Supply sending me to SpeeCo I am getting nowhere. I have been working this for two day and have run out of options. I can't tell how many times I have been transferred from one phone to another.Initial Complaint

Ordered part SPO, S24104100 from Speeco/OrderTree in December 2021. It shipped and arrived in January. I did not need the part right away. I opened the part on February 16, 2022. 1) the part was obviously used, the part is rusted, the paint is missing, and there are wear marks showing that it must have been used and returned. 2) the web site only listed one AUGER 18 IN EXTENSION; however, this part does not even fit my Speeco unit. Mine is 1-3/4" diameter with 2 holes - the one they sent is 7/8" diameter with 1 hole - not even close. Since is is the wrong part I want to return it, but they say the 30 days are up. If it was the right part, I would not try to return it. I have pictures of my unit, and pictures of their part with wear marks, missing paint, and large rust spots. As I indicated I did not/could not use this part as it would not even fit my unit. I am totally dissatisfied with the company and their lack of customer service. 1st pic shows 7/8" one hole vs. my 1-3/4" two hole connection, 2nd pic shows some of the damage; pic 3 shows ***** end of the part and he elongated hole. Just awful.
