      date: 5/16/24 to present 5/31/24 After phone promise, then email: "As discussed, we are prepared to process your transaction of $250,000 without any issues." email on May 21/24 "We wanted to inform you that $92,459 worth of Bitcoin has been sent to your wallet today. The remaining $138,941 will be sent tomorrow." Next day company stopped answering both of their phones and only limited answer of email. Still not answering phones for 10 days, not answering emails for 4 days. Promised $138,941 never sent plus they are keeping $30,000 fee meant to pay for one day service promised in email above. Of ********** purchased BTC, only $138,288.34 ever sent to my wallet. Promised to send long ago, then disappeared and will not answer phone, will not answer emails.

      Allowing consumers to deposit funds when they are knowing withholding the use of those funds. They claim they're out of cryptocurrency, then they should not be allowing people to deposit cash to their accounts if it cannot be used for days, weeks, months. On top of that there is zero support and no replies or help! I used to use this company years ago and back then I never had any issues. It's been a few years since I last used them, I logged into my account today made a cash deposit and went to send my crypto. Everytime I try I get a failed error. 'm not able to withdraw any Bitcoin. Every time I try to send it out it just says failed, try again. After researching it there are tons of complaints the exact same thing. They are allowing consumers to deposit cash, with no warnings of any delays, and then not allowing you to withdraw your crypto for days or weeks at a time. It's completely irresponsible. If they are having issues they need to lock down the capability to deposit funds so people aren't stuck waiting around for them.It's infuriating, there's so many other ways I could buy Bitcoin but this one was convenient at the time and now my money is just stuck. It's a shame because years ago I never had any issues like this.To top it off I can't get a hold of anybody, I can fill out a ticket which simply just sends a email saying they received it, the phone number does not work and there is no live chat. I have a feeling this is going to take a long time to get my money back. So frustrating!!

      This company has an *** Bitcoin machine I made two transactions on there on April 19th 2023 when was sent one Bitcoin was sent by SMS and the other Bitcoin was supposed to be sent to my cash app I have emailed your customer support team numerous times I have also called numerous times and the voicemails no one has responded and my Bitcoin has yet to show up I deposited $70 worth of bitcoin I need someone to answer me ASAP. Attached is the receipts of the transactions that I did that was sent from the *** machine.

      We would like to explain that we were experiencing technical issues that caused some delays in the processing of transactions at our Bitcoin ATMs. We have taken steps to address the issue and have implemented measures to prevent this from happening in the future.

      We have sent the Bitcoin to this customer and have resolved the issue. There was a delay in sending the Bitcoins to the customer because of congestion on the Blockchain network. The coins have been sent and the issue has now been resolved.

      I used a bitcoin ATM located in a local mall. I put in $1200.00, but they never credited those funds to my wallet. I have called many times, but only get music, or a message stating to leave my phone number. This company needs to confirm my payment and credit those funds to my wallet immediately.

      Our company has sent the Bitcoins purchased by this customer to their ****************************** wallet. There was a delay in sending the Bitcoins due to the network congestion on the Blockchain. Our customer support team has contacted this customer and has notified them that the coins were sent to their wallet.

      June 24th at 3-4pm I went to *********** in ****** ***** to buy Bitcoin from CryptoDispenser Bitcoin ATM. I put in my phone number took a photo of myself and scan my driver license just like they request when you are putting more than ******* in the machine. I put in 2 transactions of ******* and *******. A total of ******* Received receipts by texts that the company had received it. And it was never put in my wallet. I called left 2 messages, sent 2 emails one to support and one to help emails I gotten one response by email. But still no response to that response. Its now the 28th of June. Still no response. And no money in my wallet.
