I moved out of ******************************* *** 210 on January 29, 2024. I continued to be billed for services through March 26, 2024. This company is trying to tell me I never notified them that I had vacated the premises. I received a bill in February, so I contacted the company to ask them why when I had moved from the premises. I was told this would be looked into and someone would contact me back. Well this never happened and a rude supervisor called me back and had the audacity to tell me I never contacted them and he pulled a call from January, when I had notified them that I had lost my job and one in March, Mysteriously the February call was not there go figure. I know I called them I am not paying for services that I didnt use. If I was calling them to discuss energy assistance what would make them think I have money to pay for something that I didnt utilize. I paid my bill faithfully until I lost my job. I am asking that someone remove the months where I wasn't in the apartment and send me a correct bill. Additionally, I contacted the building's owners and they advised me they would contact this company to confirm I was not there during the months I was billed. I almost feel as though they think I am lying. They spoke to me very unprofessional.

Gas was shut off at pedestal for multiple businesses to do maintenance?.When gas restored ,employees came to relight any appliances, a commercial oven pilot would not reignite ,the employees said they did not possess the tools to correct. Problem and gave us a refund form to have a outside contractor fix the problem. The stove was totally functional prior to this incident, the contractor said he needed to replace a thermo coupler that went out after the gas was turned back on.Mid American replied to the form saying that they would not pay and considered the case resolved, meanwhile we are stuck with a 400 dollar repair bill.We have been commercial customers for 17 years, and would like this resolved.
