Overcharged for items purchased on September 2023. Resolution was offered by the general manager for in store credit, however when I returned to store to redeem credit that was offered, I was denied by employees and humiliated at the same time. Tried to resolve through McDonald's website on 3 separate occasions and have since called McDonald's corporate customer service number 4 times. Each time comes with a promise of someone contacting me, along with several escalations to the regional office that has spanned now 8 plus months. The local business owner/operator of the restaurant and the regional office have clearly been ignoring my requests. It is absolutely terrible for anyone to have to endure this much trouble just to make a complaint in hopes for a resolution. I have documentation and several case numbers and I have not patronized any McDonald's since this has not been addressed. For an organization to carry a name such as McDonald's and claim to have customers satisfaction at the top of their list, I think this misrepresentation needs to be revealed.Business response
