They have made promises never kept. Promise certain services and did not deliver. From March through May I have had trouble with then and they have taken and charged me several times without permission and they have continued to charge me way afterwards and when asked for refund I'm told my account is in retention department and they can't refund. they locked me out of my account during a time that I was given some extra free time as I was having trouble using their system , They called me and offered me adeal to try there service I told them there program to difficult and I needed certain things they said if I paid this extra amount that I would get those special things. And they even said that they had now partner with certain companies that now I would also get leads. They also promised me a demo and training. They also promised price book that I would get all andball it was ****** but then they add on because I had contracts and they promised me they would help me get those set up they never did after the first month I still did not have training nor price book. No online bookings and no leads I said I don't want service and I'm done they then said give them til end of month and enjoy more free time they then two days later locked me out of account I was unable to go to my customer appointment because they had locked me out where I had their contact information made my company look bad they then unlocked account maybe ***** hours It was not enough time to get my information out which I tried. Until I got locked out again. I told them I'm don't ibdidnt get anything they promised. But they proceed and charged my card after I told them I was done. They then still continued to charge my card several times a day to the point Amex contacted me over them. That's when I found out they charged me with out my permission so Amex returned money to me but they asked Amex back. I went online to pull my conversation history with them from their chat it has been wiped clean.
