I was a member of Hand and Stone Massage in ***********, ******** for over a year. I do not remember the exact date that I became a member. I was charged $69.00 a month for services. On April 16, 2023 I went to Hand and Stone Massage to transfer one of my services to my son for his birthday. I asked for a gift card and was told by the manager that I could not get a gift card and my son's information would be put in their system and my son would only need to give his name for his massage. When my son went for his message, ***** an employee, wanted my son to call me before she would give him his gift for a massage from me. He asked, why do I needed to call my Mother and why she could not call because she was in doubt of the service. After the poor service my son decided to leave. My son called me and told me what had happened and I was very upset. The massage was a birthday gift to my son. I was told by the manager, *****, and another lady that they could not give me a gift card. I requested to speak with the district manager, ******. ****** pushed five Gift Cards on me which I could not get before and asked me to hold on to them and she would see if she could get me a refund on the services I did not use. Have not heard for ****** since the meeting I had with her. Left messages for return calls. Still no return from Yadee or ******. Remind you some messages where taken by *****. My next step was to call the corporate office. I got a call back for *****. ***** did not want to listen to me she only wanted me to listen to her. Claimed she would get back to me. Never called me back.I had seven services that I did not use at $69.69 which totals $487.83 I terminated my membership and I want my money refunded for the services that I did not use. So far I have received $20.00 for a transfer of services for my son's gift that he did not get. Please help[ me to get my money back. .
